Jayden Cai (Zixiang Cai), Esq.
Managing Attorney
I'm the managing attorney of Wenstone Law, a client-centered law firm based in Washington State. I focus my practice on four areas where clarity, structure, and cross-border understanding are essential: immigration law, estate planning, international trade compliance, and cross-border document legalization.
I began my legal career in China and have since accumulated years of experience across multiple jurisdictions. I worked at several international and leading domestic law firms, advising individuals and businesses on real estate transactions, estate planning, and cross-border matters, often involving coordination across multiple legal systems and commercial environments.
After relocating to the United States, I served as a judicial fellow at the New York State Supreme Court, working on civil litigation matters and contributing to the preparation of legal opinions.
Trained in both the U.S. and China, I earned law degrees from NYU School of Law and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. I'm licensed to practice law in Washington State, New York, and China, and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Today, we work with immigrant families, global entrepreneurs, and internationally minded individuals navigating legal issues across borders and generations. Whether it's building a future in the U.S., managing cross-border assets, complying with U.S. customs regulations, or ensuring legal documents are recognized abroad—we help clients move forward with clarity, care, and a strong sense of legal direction.
