Jayden Cai (Zixiang Cai), Esq.
Managing Attorney
I'm the managing attorney of Wenstone Law, a client-centered law firm based in Washington State. My practice focuses on two areas where clarity and long-term planning are essential: immigration law and estate planning. I'm licensed in Washington State and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
I began my legal career in China, working at several international and top-tier Chinese law firms. During that time, I advised clients on real estate transactions and estate planning matters, often involving planning and compliance for families and assets across borders.
After relocating to the United States, I served as a judicial fellow at the New York State Supreme Court, where I participated in legal research and drafting, and assisted judges in the decision-making process.
I hold an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and an LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China. Today, I help immigrant families, international couples, and globally minded individuals navigate complex legal issues—with clarity, strategy, and a bilingual understanding of law and life on both sides of the Pacific.
